Appearance
Tsukishima has short, light-gray hair with a small crescent-shaped layer of his hair that is colored pale yellow. He has magenta irises and a fair skin tone.
Personality
He seems to be overconfident, along with the whole team, though they finally remembered their soccer and start playing their own, and do not follow the strategizing, after seeing Minamisawa's determination.
Plot
As a member and midfielder of Gassan Kunimitsu, he, along with his team, played against Raimon in the first Holy Road nationals match. Tsukishima passed the ball to Minamisawa and he scored a goal with his hissatsu. He was one of the four players performing the Tactics Cycle, Gassan Kunimitsu's hissatsu tactic. However, the tactic was eventually broken by Kirino's strategizing and Gassan Kunimitsu lost the match with 3-2.

In order to recruit Tsukishima, the following requirements are needed:

- Item: Moonlight's Emblem (月光のエンブレム, randomly dropped from Gassan Kunimitsu at Furukabu's taisen route)
- Item: Gassan Gloves (がっさんグローブ)
- Manual: Crazy Sunlight
After this, he can be recruited for an amount of 1720 Kizuna points.
Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone
In order to recruit Tsukishima, the following requirements are needed:
- Player: Masamune Gorou
- Player: Kai Nobutake
- Record: Rough data (そこそこのデータ, have more than 10% of the player binder)
After this, he can be recruited for an amount of 1050 Kizuna points.
