Toudou Heikichi (トウドウ・ヘイキチ) is the chairman of El Dorado.

Plot

Toudou Heikichi's first appearance in the Chrono Stone game.

He first appeared in episode 47 watching Raimon's interview. after which he leaves a cliffhanger with the words: I have confirmed the interruption point, start the modification.

Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone

In episode 3, he was seen again telling Alpha that he was disappointed of him because of their 2-0 defeat against Tenmas and that he acted weakly with Protocol Omega.

In episode 5, he was seen looking at the stats of Protocol Omega that were shown. Toudou then revealed the members who will leave the team: Alpha, Netan, Jini and Kual. They were all surprised at Toudou's decision, except Alpha, and then got sent to the Eternal Prison. Toudou then replaced them with Ward, Orca, Dorimu and Beta, the new captain of Protocol Omega. The team then became Protocol Omega 2.0.

In episode 10, he was about to send Einamu and the others of Team A5 to the Eternal Prison but Beta asked him not to do this, and to give them one more chance.

In episode 18, he ordered El Dorado's members to investigate about Nanobana Kinako. This was because she doesn't exist in the original timeline, so someone may have put her in Raimon.
