The Typhoon (ザ・タイフーン, Za Taifūn) is a shoot hissatsu technique.

Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone

  • "Catch a wave and then shoot the ball on a rush of choppy waves into the goal!"

This technique managed to gain a point against Big Waves, making the score 1-1. The idea of the rotation in The Typhoon helped Gouenji to get the idea of making Bakunetsu Screw.

In episode 127, Tsunami evolved it to V3, but it was stopped by Kurimatsu's Spinning Cut. The V2 was never seen in the anime, but it is assumed that Tsunami evolved it to V2 in training.

The user summons up a typhoon as they ride on the ball. The waves of the typhoon then lift the user up as they spin a few times before kicking the ball. In the game, the ball takes the appearance of a surfboard. In the anime, the ball stays in it's original shape.
