Appearance
Shirai in the TCG.
He has black hair and a ripped blue mask covering his face. A little below it on his left side, there seems to be a few stitches on his face. He also has what seems to look like headphones caps on his both ears.
Personality
Just as most members in Aliea Gakuen, he cares for their "father" who raised them in the Ohisama En orphanage.
Plot
He successfully blocked Tsunami Boost using Ice Block. Though, he wasn't able to block Gouenji Shuuya's Bakunetsu Storm and Aphrodi's God Knows.

Recruitment
Inazuma Eleven GO
In order to recruit Beluga, Dragonlink has to be defeated first in the story mode. Also, the following requirements are needed:
- Item: The universe's strongest confidence (宇宙最強の自信)
- Player: Kadomichi Tooru
- Manual: Crystal Barrier
- Item: Kodama no Glove (こだまのグローブ)
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 1720 Kizuna points.
Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone
In order to recruit Beluga, The Lagoon has to be defeated first in the story mode. Also, the following requirements are needed:
- Item: Aliea Soap (エイリア石鹸, randomly dropped from Chaos at Fuyukai's taisen route)
- Topic: Melting Ice (とろけるアイスの話題, obtained at Inazuma Town's shopping district [present])
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 1400 Kizuna points.
Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy
In order to recruit Beluga, Ixal Fleet has to be defeated in the story mode first. Also, the following requirements are needed:
- Coin: 9 Red (赤9)
- Item: Aliea Soap (エイリア石鹸, randomly dropped from The Genesis (ザ・ジェネシス) at Fuyukai Suguru's right taisen route)
- Topic: Ice Candy (アイスキャンディーの話題, obtained Inazuma Town's Arcade Hall)
- Topic: Gap to See (見ためとのギャップの話題, obtained in Inazuma Town)
- Topic: Parents (両親の話題, obtained outside Raimon's gym)
After this, he can be scouted.

- His name "Ikkaku" means narwhal, explaining why he has an ice theme, since both narwhals and belugas (referring to his alien name) live in icy waters.
