Info
Inazuma Eleven
This hissatsu technique was first used by Kogure in episode 36 to stop Desarm's shot, although unintentionally. It was later completed when Raimon returned to Inazuma Town, during which he trained at Inabikari Training Center with Haruna's help.
This hissatsu technique was evolved to 真 Senpuujin in episode 127.
Inazuma Eleven GO
In GO, Kogure used this technique two times in episode 21 to stop Sidewinder, which succeeded in stopping it, and Buttobi Jump which failed to stop it.
Usage
Once someone shoots the ball, the user spins on his/her hand with his leg outwards like a hurricane. The ball is then sucked into the technique where it is safely intercepted. The user can also use this to steal the ball form the opponent. When the user is spinning a whirlwind is closing to him.
