Zokuseiga Nekketsu (属性賀(ぞくせいが) 熱血(ねっけつ)) is a scout character in Inazuma Eleven 3: Sekai e no Chousen!!.

Recruitment

Inazuma Eleven 3

In order to recruit Nekketsu, the following password has to be enetered first when talking to him in the entrance of the Football Frontier Stadium: よっつのぞくせい (Yottsu no zokusei, lit. Four attributes, dub: elements). Upon entering the password and winning the soccer battle, he will be recruitable by spending yellow coins in Toukyo's airport Gacha Machine.
