Trivia[]
- His name, Minami Juuji, is derived from 南十字座 (read as "Minami juuji za"), which, in turn, is Japanese for Southern Cross, a reference to Tengawara's naming motif.
Interestingly, his surname correlates with 3 other Tengawara members: Kita (north), Nishinosora (west), and Higashi (east).- His dub name, Starbuck Rogers, is an amalgamation of science fiction characters:
His dub forename is a reference to Lieutenant Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica, which is also a reference to Tengawara's dub naming motif.
His dub name is derived from Buck Rogers, the titular protagonist of Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, which is also a reference to Tengawara's dub naming motif.
- His dub name, Starbuck Rogers, is an amalgamation of science fiction characters:
- In Inazuma Eleven GO and in Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone, he uses his surname, Minami, as his display name. Starting from Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy, however, he uses his forename, Juuji, as his display name.
- This is likely done to prevent overlapping with Minami.
- In Inazuma Eleven SD, game files indicate his Tengawara form was planned to appear as a playable figure, but, ultimately, ended up being unused.
