Inazuma Eleven
It first appeared in episode 71, used by Joe Jones. It scored the first and unique goal of Big Waves. However, Endou Mamoru later was able to stop it, using Seigi no Tekken G3.
Inazuma Eleven GO Galaxy
Megalodon reappeared in episode 6, this time used by Cole LaRuze. It scored twice for Big Waves against Inazuma Japan, as Ibuki Munemasa couldn't stop it bare hands. However, as Cole used it a third time, Ibuki used Wild Dunk and stopped it. The Megalodon here and 10 years back are different in terms of the colour.
Usage
A sea appears on the floor and the user shoots. The ball has an aura of water and is followed by a giant shark. 10 years ago when the shark follows the ball, the aura changes to orange, but now the water aura is mantained.

- Megalodon's usage changed a bit from the first FFI to the current FFIV2. Indeed, while Joe Jones was plucking up a lot of power and then shooting in the ball, Cole just shoots it normally. The colour of the aura surrounding the ball is also different, from a yellow and orange one to a blue one.
