Plot[]
Toshiie appeared first in episode 12. He wanted to protect Nobunaga with Niwa Nagahide when a horse attacked them, but Nobunaga pushed both away and stopped the horse.

Also, the following requirements are needed:

- Photo: Solitary Willow (一本柳の写真, taken at the Castle Town in the Sengoku era)
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 2600 Yuujou points.
