It first appeared in episode 3, used by Tsurugi Yuuichi. He then immediately fused with it to create a Keshin Armed, and made a shoot with Tenma's, which scored the second and final goal to Tenmas.
Yuuichi used it again in episode 4 and fused with it to fight against Alpha's Keshin Armed.

Trivia
- Ma Senshi Pendragon is the strongest Head-To-Head battle Keshin in the Inazuma Eleven GO: Shine game.
- Pendragon is King Arthur's father's name (Arthur Pendragon), which can be associated with Lancelot, the round table Knight, and so to Yuuichi's younger brother, Tsurugi Kyousuke.
- Like the summoning of Tenkuu no Shihaisha Houou, the summoning of this Keshin is quite different when compared to others as yellow sparks appear with the violet coloured energy instead of just the violet coloured energy.
- The Keshin's appearance changes from the first game to the second. In the first game, it has a face on its belt, in the second, it has a different design.
