Kei Rou has a medium size body, fluffy black hair and pink eyes. Much like his teammates, he has a pale skin tone. He also lacks a nose.
Plot
He first appeared in episode 32 along with his team. His team captain, Rei Rukh, confronted them and challenged Raimon for a soccer match. In the match, it was seen that Perfect Cascade easily passed the Raimon's players. Kei was seen passing Nishiki in the match. At the end, Perfect Cascade won with 19-0 and disappeared after Raimon disappeared.
