In order to recruit Kaitou, the following requirements are needed:

• Item: Small Pin Badge (小さなピンバッチ, randomly dropped from Art Hairs (アートヘアーズ) around Raimon's second building)
• Item: Bromide (ブロマイド, randomly dropped from Tricksters (トリックスターズ) around Raimon's second building)
• Item: Stamina Drink (スタミナドリンク, can be bought at Raimon's main building 1F)

After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 320 Kizuna points.

Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone

In order to recruit Kaitou, the following requirements are needed:

• Item: Impression Calling Horn (感動を呼ぶ角笛, randomly dropped from War Painters (ウォーペインターズ) in Loire Valley)
• Player: Looper
• Item: Dreamt of Rare Card (夢にまでみたレアカード, randomly dropped from Realities (レアリティーズ) in the Stitched Meadow)

After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 360 Kizuna points.

• Item: Skull Badge (しゃれこうべバッヂ, randomly dropped from After the Festival Troupe (アトノマツリ団) at the Kasenjiki)

• Topic: Accessory (アクセサリーの話題, obtained at Odaiba's Central Square)
• Topic: Narcissist (ナルシストの話題, obtained at Raimon's parking lot)
