Gouin Takeshi (郷院(ごういん) (たけし)) is a defender for Shin Teikoku Gakuen and later on, for Neo Japan.

Gouin was one of the players whom Kira Hitomiko selected to be a part of Neo Japan to replace Inazuma Japan. In their match against Raimon, He played the first half. Takeshi was one of the defenders who performed 真 Mugen no Kabe.
