Freddie McQueen (フレディ・マックイーン, Furedi Makkuīn) is the goalkeeper for Knights of Queen.

Appearance[]

Freddie has pale skin and a big body. He has short brown hair which is shaved a bit at the sides. His sclera is black and he has no pupils.

Plot[]

He first appeared in the opening ceremony for the FFI.

He made another appearance in a party which Inazuma Japan was invited to, along with his team.

He appeared again in episode 87. He and his team played against Inazuma Japan in the first round. He blocked Ryuusei Blade V2 but he couldn't block Gladius Arch, Tiger Storm and Dragon Slayer. His team had two hissatsu tactics which brought them in the lead. In the end of the match, they lost with a score of 3-2 due to Endou creating a new hissatsu called Ijigen The Hand. In the finals, he and his team watched the match of Inazuma Japan and Little Gigant.

Recruitment[]

In order to recruit Freddie, Knights of Queen has to be defeated first in Hirai Shinzou's lower taisen route. After selecting him on the scouting machine, he will be near the stairs in Central Park and will challenge the player to a soccer battle once talked to.

  • His name, Freddie McQueen, is derived from フレディ・マーキュリー (read as "Furedi Maakyurii"), which, in turn, is the Japanese pronunciation of Freddie Mercury, the British lead singer of Queen, a reference to Knights of Queen's naming motif.
