Appearance[]
Kira has dark forest green hair styled in spikes. He has a fair skin, and black eyes. Compared to other members of the Raimon second team, he is a bit short, despite that he has a lot of leg strength.
Plot[]
After his team gets beaten by Tsurugi, he quits the Raimon team after discussing it. Overall, all the members of the Raimon second team has quit.
He reappeared in episode 40 with the rest of the second team. They also return to the second team. He and his team had a match against the first team in order to help Tenma in his new role as Raimon's captain.
He watched with his team the finals of the Holy Road, where Raimon played against Seidouzan in the first half and Dragonlink in the second half.

- Item:
Second Glove (セカンドグローブ, randomly dropped from Raimon 2gun in Kisaragi Mako's lower taisen route) - Player: Koishi
- Topic: Middle School Friends (中学のともだち, obtained at Raimon's main building 2F)
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 1220 Yuujou points.

- In March 2012 issue of Nintendo Dream magazine, Hino Akihiro revealed that Kira Shuugo is related to Kira family, but his background is similar to Kageyama Hikaru, so they decided to keep it for the sequel.
- However, they never revealed his background in any sequel.
