Fa Neel (ファ・ニール) is a midfielder for Perfect Cascade.
Appearance
He has green-yellow hair and light purple eyes. Much like his teammates he has a pale skin.
Plot
Fa Neel in the TCG.
He first appeared in episode 32 along with his team. His team captain, Rei Rukh, confronted them and challenged Raimon for a soccer match. In the match, it was seen that Perfect Cascade easily passed the Raimon's players. Fa Neel was seen passing Fei in the match. At the end, Perfect Cascade won with 19-0 and disappeared after Raimon disappeared. He reappeared in episode 33 where they had a second match against Raimon but this time he was in normal mode instead of practice mode and left after he was commanded to by Sakamaki Togurou to head back to El Dorado base.

In order to recruit Fa, you first need to beat The Lagoon. Also, you'll need to have:
- Item: Dangerous Switch (Dropped from P. Heiba Robots at Yoshinobu's route)
- Topic: Nushi Fishing Pond
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 2600 Kizuna Points.
