This move was used by Demete Yutaka, a forward of Zeus. to break through Raimon's defense in the Football Frontier National Finals.
It was used again in the FFI arc by Neo Japan's captain, Saginuma Osamu. He evolved it into V2. It was used to break through Hijikata's Super Shikofumi.

Dash Storm's manual can be bought in Jukai's Hissatsu store for 2400 Nekketsu Points.
Usage
As the user dribbles, he summons a wind storm in his dribble path. Any opponents near it will be blown away.
