Chel (チェル, Cheru) is a forward for Giru.
Appearance
He has light long blue hair with one strand that crosses diagonally across his face. He has pink eyes and has fairly tanned skin. He wears some sort of blue and white ring around his hair.
Plot
He appeared in the anime when his team, Giru, fought against El Dorado Team 02 in the Ragnarok Stadium.
In episode 43, he and Mido tried to steal the ball from Gamma, but were unsucessful as the later dribbled them and made a pass to Alpha.

Recruitment
Inazuma Eleven GO 2: Chrono Stone
In order to recruit Chel, The Lagoon has to be defeated first in the story mode. Also, the following requirements are needed:
- Player: Mido (Giru community master at Ragnarok Stadium)
- Player: Gimusu (Giru community master at Ragnarok Stadium)
- Photo: The Extra Hurdle (Taken from Raimon's running field)
After this, he can be scouted for an amount of 4000 Kizuna Points.
