Carlos Arroyo (カルロス・アロヨ, Karurosu Aroyo) is a reserve midfielder for Red Matador.

Carlos has tanned skin, and standard height. He has curly chestnut dark-red hair with the same color for his eyebrows, and droopy deep sky-blue eyes.
Plot[]
Game[]
He appeared in the first cutscene of the game, when Red Matador just lost against their opponents Unicorn, in the preliminaries.
Anime[]
He first appeared in episode 85 along with the rest of his team during the opening ceremony for the Football Frontier International.
Although he wasn't present during the match, his team had a friendly match with Inazuma Japan in episode 102. However, they tied with a score of 1-1.

Recruitment[]
In order to recruit Carlos, Red Matador has to be defeated first in Raimon Souichirou's upper taisen route. After selecting him on the scouting machine, he will appear randomly on Condor Tower's first floor and will challenge the player to a soccer battle once talked to.
