It first appeared in episode 26 on the match between Sazanaara Eleven and Earth Eleven. It was used to stop Matatagi Hayato's Hayabusa shoot but it failed to stop it.
It was used again in episode 27 twice by Van Tareru. It failed to stop Matatagi's Hayabusa shoot but it succesfully stopped Ichikawa Zanakurou's normal shoot.
Usage
The user forms some blue aura in a small ball with his hands and it gets adsorbed into his body. His mouth then blows out a water forced barrier in a shape of an arrow which blocks the shoot.
